MediMindDoc is intended for users aged 16 years and older. We do not permit usage by minors under this age.

2. Educational Purpose Only

This platform provides general health education using AI technology. It does not offer medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. Always consult a licensed healthcare provider for any medical concerns.

3. No Emergency Use

MediMindDoc is not intended for emergency or urgent medical situations. In case of an emergency, dial 911 (U.S.) or your local emergency number immediately.

4. No Doctor-Patient Relationship

Using MediMindDoc does not create a provider-patient relationship. The app is not a substitute for professional medical care.

5. Limited Personal Data Collection

We collect only the following information for account setup and communication purposes:

• First Name
• Last Name
• Email Address
• Phone Number

This data is stored on HIPAA-compliant servers and is never shared with external AI tools.

6. Do Not Enter PHI

Users must not share Protected Health Information (PHI) in chat, voice, or any app input.
This includes medical records, diagnoses, test results, or symptoms linked to identity. The app is not designed to process or store PHI.

7. Chat History & Zero-Knowledge Storage

• By default, chat history is stored locally on your device only under a zero-knowledge architecture.
• MediMindDoc does not have access to your history or its contents.
• You may choose to back up your chat history to your own cloud storage (iCloud for iOS users or Google Drive for Android users).
• Backups and recovery are controlled solely by you.
• Chat history may be used by you to generate summaries or insights within the app.

8. AI Limitations

All responses are AI-generated for educational purposes. They may sometimes be incomplete, outdated, or inaccurate. Users must exercise discretion and consult licensed professionals as needed.

9. Data Use and Privacy

We collect only anonymous, non-identifiable usage data to improve app performance. Your rights under HIPAA, GDPR, and DPDP are respected. Please see our Privacy Policy for full details.

10. International Compliance

MediMindDoc complies with:
